My name is Deborah A. Groce. I have an Associate
Degree in Accounting and have been in public accounting and
tax work since 1982. I was employed by Certified Public Accountants
for 16 years. I decided to start my own business in 1998.
I completed and passed the IRS Enrolled Agent Exam in September
2000 and received my Certificate of Enrollment on June 14,
2001. I am licensed by the Federal Government to represent
taxpayers before the IRS. I am a member of the National
Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), the North
Carolina Society of Enrolled Agents (NCSEA) and the National
Society of Accountants (NSA). I provide year round accounting
and tax services and I am an Authorized
